Deliveries are exclusively carried out by external courier services to the address specified during the order creation process.

Our deliveries are facilitated through Eco Logistics Service LLC, Kumanovo
Shipping charges are applicable for orders valued below 3000 denars, in which case the delivery cost is 150 denars. For orders exceeding 3000 denars, delivery is free of charge.
Free Shipping
You can enjoy free delivery by placing an order equal to or exceeding 3000 denars.
Delivery Timeframe
Our standard delivery time is within 5 working days. Delivery period may be extended if there are non-working days within the specified timeframe or if your order coincides with a promotional sale.
Important Delivery Information
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, to the address indicated in the order. Holidays are not considered working days. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the specified delivery address during these hours. You will be asked to sign a delivery note provided by the courier upon delivery. If the courier is unable to find you at the given address, they will attempt to contact you by phone again, using the number you provided when placing your order. You can then arrange an alternative delivery date. If, even on the second attempt, the courier cannot reach you, the parcel will be returned to us. The shipping cost for the initial delivery attempt is covered by Biana Shoes. If the courier returns the order due to unsuccessful contact with the customer, and the customer still wishes to receive it, the delivery cost becomes the responsibility of the customer.
